TONIGHT, THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 22 THE NORTH MIAMI SOCCER TEAM HAD AN AWAY NON-CONFERENCE GAME AT MISSISSINEWA HS. THE FIRST HALF OF THE MATCH WAS A VERY EVEN COMPETITION. THE SCORE AT THE END OF THE HALF WAS 0-0 TIED. DURING THE SECOND HALF THE WARRIORS WERE ABLE TO HAVE CONTROL OF THE GAME AND WE WERE ABLE TO SCORE 2 GOALS. THE GOALS WERE SCORED BY BRAXTON GUNTER AND CONNOR HANAWAY. THE GOALS WERE ASSISTED BY CONNOR HANAWAY AND BAILEY STONER. OUR GOALIE ETHAN DUFF HAD 4 SAVES AND THIS WAS HIS 4TH SHUT OUT OF THE SEASON. CONGRATULATIONS TO HUNTER WILSON FOR BEING NAMED THE “PLAYER OF THE GAME”. HE DID A TREMENDOUS JOB AS A CENTER DEFENDER. OUR RECORD NOW IS 9-1-0. OUR NEXT GAME IS THIS COMING SATURDAY, AT HOME, AT 10:00 AM AGAINST OAK HILL HS.
